1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create a Fitverse account, we collect your name, email address, password (hashed), and basic profile information such as age, sex, height, weight, fitness goal, and preferred language.
Health and fitness data
With your consent, we collect data you log inside the app, including workouts (sets, reps, weights, duration), nutrition entries (calories, macros, custom nutrients, water intake), BMI history, body measurements, and reminder preferences.
Usage and device information
We collect anonymized analytics about how you use the Service (screens viewed, features used, crash reports), device type, operating system version, app version, and approximate region. This helps us improve stability and performance.
2. How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and personalize the Service
- Generate workout plans, nutrition targets, and progress charts
- Send transactional emails (account, billing, reminders)
- Connect you with coaches you explicitly choose to engage

- Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email delivery, payment processing) under strict contractual safeguards.
- Coaches you choose to work with — they can see only the workouts, plans, and messages you share with them.

4. Data retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings; we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
